International Shipping _terms and Conditions

Possible Delays;

When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Privacy;

Your privacy is important to us, and we care about how your order information is used and shared. We would like customers who are sending or receiving products via international shipping to be aware that cross-border shipments
are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment, and product information (such as description) to our international carriers,
and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance
and comply with local laws.



How long does it takes for my order to arrive at the destination?


We ship our orders once a week. At TRIBE OF THREE most orders are made by hand at the moment the order comes in. Please allow us 5 -7 business days to produce and complete your order. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the material for the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.


Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the Netherlands may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").
The person receiving the package when it reaches its destination must pay import Fees.

If you refuse a shipment from TRIBE OF THREE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to TRIBE OF THREE.
This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Return policy

        Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.

        Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.

        Products must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

        Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

        Please Note: Return shipping isn’t free and a will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
        The exact costs plus detailed information on shipping back you merchandise will be send to your via email,
        after we receive the return / exchange application.

        Final Sale items may not be returned.

        Custom made items may not be returned.


Need a different size or color?

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you"ll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we"ll credit your account.
If your package arrives back at TRIBE OF THREE within the 30-day timeline specified above,
your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 busin
ess days.
You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from TRIBE OF THREE.
